iOS 4.2 Beta 3 Download Now Available Apple [AAPL] has released the iOS 4.2 Beta 3 download to developers signifying the release date is getting closer for iPad owners.The Beta 3 download is available now for developers and can be grabbed from the developers site by logging in with your username and password.

The Beta 3 of iOS 4.2 brings a few new features such as SMS ringtones (for iPhone users) although the AirPlay button that was found in previous betas of 4.2 has now been removed.

The video below gives a demonstration of whats new in the Beta 3 update. The official iOS 4.2 release date is expected to be November which Apple announced at the special event a few weeks back.
