LG Quantum Windows Phone 7 Announced.Today at the Windows Phone 7 launch event, AT&T [T] announced three new Windows Phone 7 devices. The first of these is the LG Quantum. The Quantum will be the first Windows Phone 7 to launch in the US on the AT&T network. The launch date is November 8 and it will come with a price tag of $199.99. Outside of the US, the LG Quantum will be called the Optimus 7Q.

LG Quantum Windows Phone 7 have a slide out QWERTY keyboard. It has a 5 megapixel on the back. The new Windows Phone 7 device has DLNA integrated allowing content to be streamed over networks if needed. The screen on the Quantum measures 3.5 inches and is in a WVGA format. For storage it has 16GB and it runs the 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon core.
