Microsoft has Announces Windows Phone 7 Global Portfolio Today, Microsoft [MSFT] officially launch Windows Phone 7. Information at launch reveals that nine new Windows Phone 7 smartphones will be launching over the next few weeks with Europe and Asia launching on October 21 and US launches being held on November 8.
Launch details also indicate that over 60 mobile operators will be selling the new smartphones in over 30 countries around the globe.
